Tires & rubber: Use undiluted; apply 2 thin coats (20+ minutes apart) for deep black finish

📋 Directions for Use

Clean the surface thoroughly (remove dirt, dust, and oil).

Shake diluted PERL in a spray bottle.

Spray onto the surface and spread evenly with an applicator or microfiber.

Wipe off excess if necessary.

Allow to dry before use.
